Tripoli, 14.04.2016(Lana) Supreme Council of State asked Governor of
Central Bank of Libya to stop all financial transactions with GNC.
In a letter to the governor, Thursday, the SCS said in implementation
of the political accord, constitutionally the GNC is finished and its
members have become on the day of signing the accord members of SCS.
It said SCS should be dealt with being the legislative body.
