Minister of Labor meets his head of departments to discuss labor issues.

Tripoli, 24.11.2015(Lana) Minister of Labor met his head of departments to discuss labor market and other issues such as capacity building. The meeting also addressed amendment of training law no 77 and ways to prepare training plans to the ministry and to the sectors. The meeting concluded by agreeing on regular meetings for the ministry to shift from bureaucratic to effective management. The minister urged for effective review of state employment situation and criteria. He said the criteria used for selecting state employees is flawed and not based on effectiveness and efficiency. He said there must be national capitalism that invests on human resources. There must be also real economy based on highly trained and skilled man power. =Lana=
