Italian Prime Minister Says Ruled Out Military Intervention in Libya .

Renzi '' said today that military intervention in Libya is not an
option as part of a possible solution of the increasing immigration
crisis .
In joint press conference with his Maltese counterpart Mr. ''
Joseph Muscat '' in Rome, the Italian Prime Minister added saying ;
'' The only way to stop flow of immigrants through the Mediterranean
to Europe is to stop human trafficking smugglers who organize
dangerous trips ''.
" Military intervention in not part of possible options and that
foreign military activity to confront those smugglers will not be
effective unless there is a truce there between ''fighting factions
'' in the country '', Mr. Renzi said .
