Chairman of Journalists Union condemns programmes of some Libya TV channels\nTripoli, 27.02.2014(Lana) Chairman of Libyan journalists Union, Mustafa Fanouch, has condemned some material aired by some Libyan satellite channels at this time in which the homeland is experiencing unprecedented political and security developments.\nIn a statement - a copy of which was received by Lana- Fanouch expressed regrets that some channels abused its media message and code of conduct, urging Libyan journalists and media men to play their patriotic and professional role away from this detested role as he put it.\nHe underscored the importance of compliance with Resolution 110 adopted by UN General Assembly 1947 which denounces media propaganda aimed at fomenting or encouraging any threat or breach of peace or any acts of hostility.\n=Lana=\n
