MMR Water Supply to Coastal Cities Cut off.

Authority has announced that water supplies to coastal cities in the
western Libyan region have been cut off.
The cut off took place after an armed group attacked the Al
Hasawna well demanding forcing the closure of water flow through the
network, Authority said, adding that the group demanded the release
of a man detained in Tripoli.
The Authority said the Libyan people are from all walks of life
are demanded that they adopt a code of ethics that all vital state
facilities and institutions be excluded from any political wrangling
and that water a God-given that no one should be allowed to use it as
a bargaining chip in the political struggle.
The Man-made River is a vital asset that all Libyans should
protect, and messing up with it threatens the national security of
the country, it said.
