British Ambassador Welcomes UN Special Envoy Visit to Libya.

Tripoli, 6 August 2017(Lana) British Ambassador Peter Millett has
welcomed the visit by the UN Special Envoy Ghassan Salama to Libya
Peter Milett which he described as a step in the right direction.
Liaison with people across the country is a step forward, Millett
tweeted, expressing his support for the UN mission effort to restore
stability to Libya.
The UN Special Envoy to Libya announced in Tripoli yesterday that
the UN mission would resume work from the capital shortly.
The mission has decided to gradually return to work from Tripoli
through UN agencies with Libyan official institutions, Salama said
after a meeting with the President of the Presidency Council Fayez Al
Serraj here on Saturday.
