Commander of Central sector of Libyan Navy rules out fleeing of members of Daesh through the Sea.

Tripoli, 16.08.2016(Lana) Commander of Central Sector of
Libyan Navy, Col Rez Issa, ruled out fleeing of members of Daesh
through the Sea, even as illegal immigrants accompanied by their
families.
Issa said the Libyan Navy besieges the whole coast of Serte to
prevent members of daesh from fleeing by the sea after taking control
of Serte radio, Ouagadougou halls block of flats known as Indian
blocks, and Serte University and other premises occupied by daesh.
He also said there is an international force outside Libyan
territorial waters carrying out surveillance of the coast and ready
to cooperate if the need arise, but so far the coast guard did not
ask for help'.
